Meet Your RN Concierge Navigator
Wanderlust members are supported by a dedicated RN Concierge Navigator who helps make your care experience smoother.
Your RN Concierge Navigator may help with:
- Care coordination
- Referral support
- Follow-up tracking
- Lab and imaging coordination when ordered
- Medication and refill workflow support
- Pre-visit preparation
- Post-visit instructions
- Routing clinical questions to the appropriate provider
- Helping close communication gaps between visits
This role helps relieve the provider team from tasks that can be handled by an RN, while giving members a more guided and organized care experience.
App-Based Access
Members have access to the care team through a secure app for appropriate primary care questions, follow-up communication, refill requests, and care coordination needs.
The app is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Transparent Cash-Pay Care
Wanderlust does not bill insurance for the concierge primary care membership.
Your covered primary care visits do not have office visit co-pays, and there are no hidden office fees for covered services in your membership agreement.
Some services are not included in the primary care membership and may involve separate fees.
What’s Not Included
Primary care membership does not include:
- Emergency room care
- Hospital care
- Specialist fees
- Outside lab fees unless specifically included in writing
- Imaging fees
- Prescription medication costs
- Procedures or services outside the membership agreement
- VA disability consults, DBQs, Nexus Letters, or medical opinions
- IV hydration or wellness injections unless listed separately
- Metabolic optimization or medical weight loss
- Hormone optimization, HRT, or TRT
Important Difference: Primary Care vs. Optimization Programs
Primary care membership is designed for ongoing primary care, prevention, chronic condition support, and care coordination.
Metabolic optimization and hormone optimization are separate service lines. They require more in-depth labs, education, guidance, treatment planning, follow-up, and patient commitment.
Weight loss falls under metabolic optimization.
Medical weight loss requires a deeper review of metabolism, insulin resistance, nutrition, lifestyle, medications when appropriate, lab results, and ongoing progress.
Hormone therapy falls under hormone optimization.
Hormone therapy requires evaluation of symptoms, hormone-related labs, risk review, treatment options, monitoring, and follow-up.
These services are not included in the primary care membership.
