Wanderlust Concierge Health Care was launched in October 2021. Despite being released from her position as a nurse practitioner at a prominent institution while on maternity leave during the pandemic, Dr. Presley-Boyd remained determined to pursue her aspirations. Instead of just working as a healthcare provider, she chose to create a practice that not only allowed her to pursue her passion but also improved the accessibility of high-quality healthcare and created job opportunities for other healthcare professionals.
By using the direct primary care/concierge approach, Dr. Presley-Boyd ensures that she is available for her patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week directly via phone and/or text. Reducing insurance complications leads to patient-focused care, longer appointments, and comprehensive attention to healthcare concerns during each interaction.
