Criteria for treatment
- BMI greater than 30 Or BMI of 27 with one more chronic health issues
- Semaglutide is not recommended for patients with a history of
- Pancreatitis
- A personal or family history of medullary thyroid surgery
- Diabetic retinopathy
Are there any adverse effects?
The most common side effects for semaglutide are nausea, constipation, and vomiting. We reduce the chances and severity of side effects by administering semaglutide with vitamin injections, capsules or sprays that contain B12.
