Pricing
- Office Visit $150 (includes phone call follow up for labs)
- Lab cost vary according to the labs needed, discussed in consultation or appointment.
- For lab work only, cost of the labs + $25 for fee
- Surgical clearance $200 (includes labs, physical exam, paperwork and order for EKG/ chest xray)
